A Bit About Me

I believe that therapy should feel safe, human, and honest.

Not something you have to earn or justify, but a space that welcomes you as you are.

My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I offer therapy to adults both online and in person, helping people explore what’s going on beneath the surface, reconnect with themselves, and find ways to feel more whole, understood, and at ease.

Many of the people I work with are neurodivergent, often just beginning to explore what that means for them. Others come to therapy because they feel stuck, anxious, overwhelmed, or like they’re carrying something heavy but can’t quite name it. For some, it’s about repeating patterns in relationships, navigating life transitions, or making sense of trauma from the past. For others, it’s a quiet sense that things just aren’t okay.

Whatever brings you here, therapy can help you find clarity, relief, and new ways forward.

Qualifications and Professional Memberships

  • Diploma in Transactional Analysis Counselling

  • Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy

  • Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP)

I work within the BACP’s ethical framework and receive regular clinical supervision to support and guide my work.

My Style and Approach

I work integratively, which means I draw from a range of counselling and psychotherapy methods to suit your needs. You are not just a diagnosis or a problem to solve. I see you as a whole person with stories, strengths, pain, and potential.

My work is trauma-informed, so I always prioritise safety, pacing, and empowerment. We will go at your rhythm. I believe the relationship between therapist and client is central to the work we do, and I take care to create a space that feels grounded, respectful, and genuinely supportive.

If there are parts of yourself that feel disconnected or in conflict, therapy can offer a place to gently bring them together. Over time, this process can lead to greater understanding and a deeper sense of ease within yourself.

A Neuroaffirmative and Cross-Cultural Perspective

As someone who is neurodivergent and bilingual, I bring a deep respect for the many different ways people experience and make sense of the world. I work from a neuroaffirmative stance, which means I do not pathologise difference. I value it.

I also understand what it’s like to live across cultures, and the questions of identity and belonging that can come with that. You don’t have to explain everything. You can just be here, and we will figure things out together.
