Hello, I’m Virginia Vaccaro and I am a therapist.

There might be several reasons why you are looking to start therapy: Maybe you feel stuck and don’t know how to overcome a difficult situation. Or why the same things seem to be happening to you. Maybe you feel very sad and like you’re carrying heavy baggage. Stress might be a bit too much and you wish you could stop the race inside you. Maybe you just want to feel better. Maybe you are not sure, but you feel that all is not ok. And maybe all the above at the same time.

Life can get hard and sometimes it seems the hard times have been going on for too long. But shift can happen too.

I believe in the ability of people to change in ways that make them thrive. I also believe in the importance to be accompanied in making those changes. Adapting is what makes us survive, but sometimes we adapt in ways that are not good for us. I will accompany you in this journey of exploration of yourself and of ways you can feel better and flourish.

It can be very difficult to ask for help, even though asking for help is natural and necessary. There is always help available, we just need to discover where to find it.
